When applying for a new account, the bank will typically ask for the following documents:

• Articles of Organization / Incorporation

• EIN confirmation

• Principal Business Address (this is where the business performs actual work. Do no enter a PO box or a registered agent address. If working from home, provide your home address. The bank is likely to request a proof of address such as a utility bill or leasing agreement.)

• Government issued photo id for each account signer
